Responsibilities:

• Carry out sensory test & data analysis during production
• Evaluate product quality, colour, texture, flavour, and bouquet, and document the results.
• Assist Food Technologist during various presentations

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Food Science and Nutrition or equivalent
• Graduates with no experience welcome to apply
• Min 1 year experience in related Food manufacturing industry and R&D background
• Knowledge on the different types of snack base and seasoning used
