Administrator /Operations Retail

Responsibilities

  • Provide full support in admin functions
  • Data entry, filing, email correspondence, report writings, etc
  • Manage day-to-day office and administrative matters
  • Coordinate with various departments on reports
  • Perform general administrative duties and other ad-hoc duties as assigned
  • Lend administrative support to the team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Coordinate sales report and documentation
  • Filing of organization's data
  • Answer incoming calls and transfer to department

Requirements

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ level with 2 years’ relevant experience
  • Good interpersonal skills required to work with people from all levels
  • Independent and possess initiative
  • Good team player
