Responsibitites:

• Assist Chef in cooking food & preparing beverages
• Performs any combination of following duties to maintain kitchen work areas and restaurant equipment and utensils in clean and orderly condition: Sweeps and mops floors.
• Maintain high standards of kitchen service.
• Taking orders, serving, clearing, cleaning & washing up
• Good customer service, polite with a positive work attitude

Requirement:

• Bilingual in English & Chinese
• With positive attitude and a willingness to learn
• High standard of personal hygiene
• Able to work on weekends
• Good knowledge of food handling, preparation & cooking procedures

• Staff incentives & allowances
• 6 days work week
• Able to work on weekday nights, weekends & Public Holidays
